We have a full service water sports shop with everything you might need for your trip, 15% discount included with SGKT!

• •All participants must be able to swim.
• •Kayaking is a physical activity that does require a moderate level of fitness.

Are pets allowed?

Certified service animals are welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines. For safety reasons, all service animals must wear a properly fitted life jacket while on our kayaks or equipment. This policy is in place to protect both the animal and our guests while on the water.

• •Kayaks must also be transported via cart to the beach (5-10 min walk). ALL KAYAKS MUST BE TRANSPORTED BY THE CUSTOMER TO THE BEACH. THIS IS THE LAW SO PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS REQUIRMENT.
• •Minumum Age 13 to join our group tours. Under 13 can join a private-group tour.
• •Ages 13-16 must ride in a double kayak with a parent or guardian.
• •Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• •There is a 2-Person minimum for group tours. We will help to coordinate with other guests as needed.

Cancellation Policy

Outside of 48 Hours of your Activity:

• •Cancellations are eligible for a 100% refund.
• •Reschedule for free. Rental Cancellation Policy
• •Tours may be rescheduled unlimited times.

Within 48 Hours of your Activity:

• •Cancellations will incur a full charge or a $25/Person fee to reschedule (unless you have purchased Trip Protection.)
• •Tours may be rescheduled unlimited times at the $25 fee each time but will no longer be eligible for refunds.
